Integrated structure of wall columns with rebar and special nuts! Precast stairs have been systematized.
The "Kaiser System Stair" consists of one wall column precast component per floor and two step floor precast components. The wall columns are connected vertically using a grout sleeve joint. Additionally, the step floors are integrated with the wall columns using screw rebar and special nuts.
